This program requires 2 steps to register: 

1. Belmont Parks & Recreation Registration Form (required) 
Please add a note with your completed registration form if your child will be using the FREE bus transportation from Belmont Middle School to Laconia. 

2. Lakes Region Tennis ONLINE Registration (required)



Advanced registration is required and space is limited.

OPENS April 1, 2019





IMPORTANT: Incomplete forms will not be processed until complete, this will delay your child being confirmed for the program and may result in them being waitlisted. Make sure you have completed all parts of the form including t-shirt size, address and phone numbers of anyone listed and the form has been signed by the custodial parent or guardian. 

Belmont residents must include a copy of a recent utility or tax bill with their name and address listed. Without proof of residency your child's form will be held until the non-resident registrations are processed and could result in them being waitlisted for the program.

Forms can be completed using a PDF filler of your choice but must be SIGNED before being considered complete.

Pets No Longer Allowed in Sargent Park
At their meeting on June 2, 2014, the Board of Selectmen discussed a request by Parks & Recreation Director Janet Breton to consider prohibiting dogs within Sargent Park.  Director Breton explained that her request was based on providing a clean and sanitary playground for children.  Laconia Daily Sun 06/03/14 

After a public hearing on the issue at their June 16, 2014 meeting, the Board adopted an amendment to the Belmont Town Property Ordinance prohibiting pets within Sargent Park.
