The Belmont Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of 5 members who are residents of the community, elected to serve 3-year terms. Five alternate members are appointed by the Zoning Board to serve in place of members as necessary.

There currently are three vacant Alternate member seats available and the Zoning Board encourages anyone interested in land use issues within the community to contact the Land Use Office. No prior experience is necessary.
